‍12. Additional informative clause - Wellhub Users

As a Wellhub user, in addition to the information in our Privacy Policy, Therapyside informs you that you will receive from Wellhub your user identification data to verify that you are authorised to request and access this service. The processing of this data is necessary to be able to provide you with this service, and the basis of legitimacy of said treatment is dependent upon your relationship with Therapyside as a Wellhub user. This data will only be processed as long as it is necessary for this purpose. 

Therapyside will communicate to Wellhub your data regarding the use of this service, [that is, the number of sessions you reserve or receive, which in no case includes medical information that is the responsibility of your therapist]. Wellhub operates in the US, a country that does not offer a level of protection of personal data equivalent to that of the EU. By using Therapyside through Wellhub, you agree that Therapyside transfers your data to the US, and you understand that this transfer is necessary in order to provide Therapyside services through Wellhub. In order to carry out the international transfer of personal data with the best guarantees, Therapyside informs you that it has signed with Wellhub the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission Decision 2001/497, which are available to you at help@therapyside.com
